SUMMARY: I  have a passion for teaching and communicating about diverse topics related to sustainability, permaculture, and justice. I am also experienced in curriculum development, and as a scholar of languages am able to effectively communicate in English, Spanish and Italian.

PERMACULTURE WOMEN'S GUILD (2017 - Present): Co-teacher and 'economic systems' module developer of the first ever online PDC taught by 40 women from around the world; Online student mentor

PERMACULTURE KELOWNA (2017 - Present): I am the steward of of Kelowna, BC's online Permaculture hub

PERMACULTURE EDEN (2015): Recipient of Permaculture Design Certificate and Natural Builder's Certificate (3-month full-time immersion)

LUND PERMACULTURE WORK GROUP (2013 - 15): As part of Lund Students for Sustainability, I organized a mentor-led meet up group that focused on providing free access to permaculture education for low-income students, while giving back through the creation of meaningful projects

MANY RIVERS PERMACULTURE: (2014) As a researcher and intern, I created a community asset map, delivered public presentations on social permaculture, and contributed to the MRP blog

OTHER: I completed many shorter workshops & seminars with Toby Hemenway, Looby Macnamarra, Delvin Solkinson, Jill Whitelaw; I also participated in the European Permaculture Convergence in 2016 and the European Permaculture Teacher's Convergence in 2014

UNIVERSITY OF BRITISH COLUMBIA, OKANAGAN CAMPUS (2018 - Present): I currently work as a research assistant for an inter-disciplinary project assessing gaps in services for temporary migrant workers in Canada.

THE START FRESH PROJECT (2017 - Present): I have worked as a project co-ordinator for this non profit since early 2017. I work in curriculum development and implementation, research, course co-ordination and grant writing. This project runs the Culinary Arts and Farm Education Program aimed at empowering people overcoming mental health issues and substance abuse through connecting them to local food and meaningful employment.

WWOOFING: (2016) My partner and I spent 7 months working on small-scale, land-based, community projects in France, Italy, Spain and Switzerland during 2016

BC GREEN PARTY (PETE FRY) (2015-16): I worked as a volunteer co-ordinator for Vancouver Mount Pleasant By-Election candidate Pete Fry in 2015/16

RESEARCH AND DEGROWTH (2014): I worked as a facilitator, administrative and organizational aide in the launching of the first ever Degrowth and Environmental Justice Summer School in 2014

SEEDSTOCK COMMUNITY CURRENCY (2013): I created video content, contributed to the “Seedblog”, and helped organize a currency exchange event 'The Seedstock Busk-a-thon'
